The problem - Competitive, regulatory, scientific, and market evidence in life sciences is scattered across a dozen sources. Assembling a current picture by hand took hours, and it was stale by the time it was done.

What we built - A multi-agent platform that aggregates nine federal, clinical, scientific, and commercial sources in parallel, ranks by relevance and recency, and uses Claude to synthesize the strongest evidence into a structured digest - competitor moves, pipeline milestones, regulatory actions, safety signals, clinical evidence - with sentiment and action flags. Built for production: parallel processing, graceful source-failure handling, live preview.

The outcome - Now in active client use, replacing a multi-hour manual research process with a digest that stays current.
