The problem - Turning hiring needs into qualified shortlists meant working four fragmented sources by hand - CRM, LinkedIn, open web, and an internal talent pool. Sourcing, not interviewing, was the bottleneck.
What we built - A LangGraph-orchestrated multi-agent workflow that searches all four channels in parallel and consolidates a single ranked candidate set. Claude generates search strategies, recommends target companies and keywords, and evaluates candidates semantically. Stateful routing with human-in-the-loop approval via one-click email actions that update status in real time; integrated with Asana, HubSpot, and LinkedIn, with API cost and usage monitoring.
The outcome - Live with a client. Converts a hiring need into a ranked, reviewable shortlist across four sources while keeping a person in control at approval.
